Wrong stop registered

If your OV chip card registered the wrong stop when you checked out, you are eligible for a refund.

How do I request a refund?

There are three ways to request a refund:

  • Fill out our contact form.
  • Write to us. Send your letter to our freepost number 429, 7400 VB DEVENTER. You do not have to use a stamp;
  • Fill out our Service Form, which you can request by calling +31 (0)88 – 0331 360. Send the form to our freepost number 429, 7400 VB DEVENTER. You do not have to use a stamp.

How long do I have to submit my claim?

You have to submit your claim to Syntus within six months (counted from the day of the journey in question). Syntus will examine each case individually.

When can I expect to hear back?

Syntus' Customer Service department will usually get back to you within five working days. If special circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will notify you of the fact that you will get a response from the Customer Service department within three months.
