Subscription broken, lost or stolen

Has our Syntus Sterabonnement or Syntus Trajectkaart stopped working, is it lost or was it stolen? The subscription's duration determines whether you can apply for a copy.

One-month duration

  • As a gesture of goodwill, Syntus will draw up a temporary notice for the subscription's remaining time, with a maximum of one such notice per year. This notice is not valid for other operators. If you want to apply for such a notice, please contact our Customer Service department during office hours.

Duration of two months or longer

  • You can apply for a copy via the webshop. You pay the € 11.00 in administrative costs using iDeal.
  • Syntus' Customer Service department can draw up a notice that states you have a valid Syntus subscription. You can use this notice until you have received the copy of your subscription. This notice is valid for no more than one week and cannot be used with other operators. If you want to apply for such a notice, please contact our Customer Service department during office hours.
