Do you have a question, remark or complaint? Syntus is open to personal communication with its guests. You can reach us via any of the following channels:

  • Via our form. We strive to get back to you within five working days.
  • Via Facebook or Twitter. We are available on working days between 8 AM and 9 PM.
  • By calling +31 (0)88 - 033 13 60 (local rates apply). We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can answer questions about subscriptions between 7 AM and 9:30 PM.
  • Via our information points at the bus stations in Enschede and Apeldoorn.
